Which batteries contain a graphite rod?

Sometimes you need to remove the graphite rod from batteries. It's most often used in welding machines. It's also needed for the Pepsi experiment. One glass can provide energy for a calculator for a while.

Graphite can be extracted from the following batteries:

  1. Ancient batteries of the type 373.
  2. Thick batteries with a voltage of 1.5 volts. They are usually of the R size.
  3. Salt energy sources.

The graphite core can also be extracted from a pencil. However, in this case, its thickness will be significantly thinner than that of a current storage device.
